Reports and cleaned datasets are automatically generated digital products and cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be granted if:

A clear technical error on our side prevented report delivery.
Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of InsightCleanse.ai.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided if:

You uploaded incorrect, incomplete, or corrupted files.

You are dissatisfied with the style, content, or analytical conclusions of the AI-generated outputs (all deliverables are provided “as is”).

The report or cleaned dataset was delivered successfully and more than 7 days have passed since delivery.

The outcome differs from your subjective expectations or business interpretations.
4. Requesting a Refund

5. Processing Refunds
